Frequently Asked Questions ( F.A.Q. )

1. Contact Options and Communication

How can I get in touch with you?

You can reach out through the Project Inquiry Form on this site, by email at uniwebsitesolution@gmail.com, or via direct message on LinkedIn and Twitter/X.

What is the fastest way to receive a response?

Submitting the Inquiry Form on this site is the fastest method, as it routes directly to my priority task inbox with all necessary context.

What information should I include in my first message?

Please include your name, company name, current website URL if applicable, a brief project summary, your estimated budget range, and your target completion date.

Do you offer phone or video discovery calls before hiring?

Yes. I schedule complimentary 20 minute video discovery calls via Google Meet or Zoom after evaluating your initial inquiry submission.

Can I send you direct messages on social media platforms?

While social channels are great for initial networking, all formal project requirements, scope changes, and support requests must be submitted via email or the website form for tracking.

Where are you located and what time zone do you work in?

I am based in your location and operate in your local time zone.

Do you communicate via messaging apps like WhatsApp or Slack?

Once a project contract is active, clients can be invited to a dedicated Slack channel or WhatsApp group for real time communication and progress updates.

What should I do if I have not received a reply to my email?

Please allow 24 to 48 business hours for a response. If you have not heard back, check your email spam or junk folder or send a quick follow up to contact@yourdomain.com.

How do we share large assets and design files with you?

Large assets can be shared securely through Google Drive, Dropbox, WeTransfer, or directly via Figma shared links.

Can I book a paid consultation session for technical advice?

Yes. If you need strategic advice, architecture reviews, or audit feedback without booking a full project, you can schedule an hourly consultation call.

2. Support Hours and Post Launch Assistance

What are your standard working hours?

My standard working hours are Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. I am closed on weekends and observed public holidays.

What is your standard response time for support tickets?

General inquiries are answered within 24 to 48 business hours. Active project clients receive replies within 4 to 12 hours during operational business hours.

Do you offer weekend or holiday support services?

Weekend and holiday coverage is reserved exclusively for clients on dedicated monthly retainer plans with signed emergency SLA agreements.

How are critical website or application emergencies handled?

Active retainer clients can send emails marked URGENT in the subject line to trigger instant automated SMS and phone alerts for immediate attention.

Do you offer long term website maintenance plans?

Yes, I offer monthly care plans covering regular core updates, automated backups, security monitoring, uptime checks, and content tweaks.

How do you handle public holiday closures?

I observe official public holidays. All active clients are notified via email at least two weeks in advance of any upcoming operational downtime.

What happens if you take a planned vacation during my project?

Any personal time off is factored into project timelines during contract signing. Active milestones are adjusted, and emergency contact protocols are set before any away period.

How do I request support after a project has been completed?

If your post launch support window has expired, you can request additional work by opening a support ticket billed on a time and materials basis or by subscribing to a monthly retainer.

What is covered during the post launch support period?

All custom projects include 30 days of complimentary post launch support to fix bugs, resolve technical issues, or correct errors related to original project deliverables.

Do you provide training or documentation on how to manage my new site?

Yes. Every completed website or application includes a custom video walkthrough and written user guide explaining how to edit content and manage day to day operations.

3. Hiring You as a Freelancer

What core services do you offer?

Are you currently taking on new freelance projects?

Yes, I am accepting new project commitments. Check the availability indicator on the booking page for open start dates.

How do you structure pricing for freelance work?

Projects with defined requirements are priced at a fixed project fee. Open ended consulting or ongoing development work is billed at an hourly rate or through monthly retainer packages.

What is your standard payment schedule?

Standard builds require a 50 percent deposit upfront to secure your spot, with the final 50 percent due upon project completion prior to code deployment or final asset transfer.

What is the step by step process to hire you?

  1. Submit an initial project inquiry.

  2. Complete a 20 minute discovery call.

  3. Review and sign the proposal, contract, and deposit invoice.

Upon full payment of all project invoices, 100 percent full ownership rights of all custom code, assets, and design files transfer directly to you.

How many revision rounds are included in custom builds?

Every design and development phase includes structured rounds of revisions to ensure final deliverables align with your vision.

Are you willing to sign a Non Disclosure Agreement?

Yes. I am happy to sign a mutual NDA before reviewing proprietary business details, codebases, or project specs.
